Shipping & Returns

All orders (Domestic and International) are shipped free of charge.

Packages sent within Australia will be sent via Australia Post, and International orders are sent via DHL or EMS. Most international deliveries arrive in approximately 10 business days, however shipping times are outside of our control.

All items are insured against loss and damage.

International customers can choose an expedited shipping option for an additional fee. Tracking numbers are provided on all orders so that you can monitor the progress of your package.

Your items will be securely boxed for transportation. We believe that every jewellery purchase is an occasion – particularly if you are making a purchase for yourself – and to that end each order is packed as if it is a very special gift. We want you to be thrilled with the entire experience of making a purchase from Secret Histories.

I have a no-questions asked returns policy.

I want you to be overjoyed with your new treasure and feel confident in your purchase.
If you would like to return your item please let me know via email within 7 days. All return postage fees are the responsibility of the purchaser. As soon as it arrives in the condition in which it was sent I will issue a refund for the purchase price, less any transaction and/or shipping fees.
Items that have been resized or otherwise modified cannot be retuned unless by prior arrangement.

Customs and Import Fees

Please be aware that buyers from outside Australia might be subject to import duties. For the US these are included in the purchase price, for other countries you will be invoiced by your local customs authority if applicable.
I do my best to minimise import fees where possible.
